As the communists found their champions in the Viet Cong, Khmer Rouge, and Pathet Lao, those who favored the west were forced to flee for their lives. This extension course will chart the experience of those who fled to the United States and how they struggled to establish themselves in a new land despite facing immense hardships and numerous obstacles.
